  4. Extract DLibSource.lha for the source of the Dice C libraries.

  6. Type DMake in the shell to create the following two libraries:

  8.     reqtoolss.lib     -> stack args
  9.     reqtoolssr.lib    -> registerized args
  10.     reqtoolsl.lib     -> stack args (large data)
  11.     reqtoolslr.lib    -> registerized args (large data)
