  1. This is a list of things that need to be done
  2. ---------------------------------------------

  4. o Find out why so many games do not run in AtariXL or AtariXE mode. Those
  5.   games surely run OK on original AtariXL, as well as they do run under
  6.   Xl-it! in 800XL mode. Just here on Atari800 the games crash or reboot
  7.   the emulation. That's why the emulator needs to run in Atari800 mode
  8.   nearly all the time (except BASIC programming).
  9.  
  10. o Improve DOS sound support (by using interrupt driven sound blaster driver)
  11.  
  12. o Speed up the Falcon emulation - it's horribly slow ATM.
  13.  
  14. o The obsolete variable "countdown_rate" is still in use within
  15.   "atari_amiga.c" this should be a trivial change, however I'm reluctant
  16.   to do it without an Amiga to check it. I've left it defined in "atari.c"
  17.   so that there are no linker errors on the Amiga.

  19. o Support for optional X11 private colormap
  20.  
  21. o Correct handling of 5200 controllers
