  5. This is patch against Videl syncbugs on Falcon030.
  6.  
  7. Usage:
  8.  
  9. 1) put to AUTO, possibly on one of first places (*before* MiNT).
  10. 2) forget about syncbugs no matter how resolutions are changed :-)
  11.  
  12. "No matter" means that this patches everything, even if a softie 
  13. programmed Videl registers directly.
  14.  
  15. Moreover, if your Falcon started up in faulty resolution (which 
  16. happens quite often if you boot in ST High or Falcon mono), the 
  17. screen gets corrected immediately after the YCVP.PRG gets loaded.
  18.  
  19. Syncbug may now only occur, when a program reloads Videl registers to 
  20. setup mono resolution, while being in mono already. If you notice 
  21. something like that, let me know (or better let know the author of 
  22. such a proggie). Also if you notice problems arising when YCVP is 
  23. installed, let me know too.

  25. The patch takes up 208 bytes of your valuable RAM (*including* the 
  26. basepage).
