  8.      This list was created to keep track of all of the addresses of Genesis
  9.      third party developers. It is a good reference to have when  you  wish
  10.      to contact a developer. Most third party Genesis  developers  love  to
  11.      hear from the people who purchase  their  games.  Most  companies  are
  12.      willing to provide additional  information  to  anyone  who  writes to
  13.      them. Some companies can provide  you  with  replacement  manuals  for
  14.      any game they market for a small  change.  Many  companies  also  sell
  15.      their games mail order, so you no longer  have  to  search  for  those
  16.      hard to get titles. Many companies  no  longer  provide  addresses  or
  17.      phone numbers in their ads. When contacting a  developer  it  is  best
  18.      to do it in writing. Try to be stright to the  point  about  what  you
  19.      need or what you would  like  for  fastest  reply.  Complex  questions
  20.      requires more time to process and hence take longer to respond too. As
  21.      far as I know all of the 3rd party software  developers  listed  below
  22.      are offical Third Party Sega Licensees  and  holders  of  the  Offical
  23.      Sega Seal Of Quality.
