Introduction:
WFEE is Freeware; you can distribute it without paying the author any,
provided that you don't sell it for more than a $5.00 disk-copying fee
and you tell where you got it.
Story:
It's been more than a year since you brought down the Evil Empire in
the origional 150 levels. Since then, the Mad Monks have regrouped and
are now residing in a new land deep in the jungles of Wombaland. They
were content to live peacefully in their new home for a couple months,
but then they started stealing gold from neighboring countries, and used
part of it to purchase materials from pirates that were used to make a
factory. The factory produces one hundred bombs per minute. Unless you
can stop them, they'll have enough bombs to demand surrender of all
countries to the New Evil Empire within a matter of weeks! The fate
of the world rests on your hands.
Number of Levels:
True Puzzles: 120
Others: 30
Game Play:
This game is contiguous. If you exit a puzzle to the right, you
will enter the next puzzle from the left. Doors can transport you to new
worlds, and are the exception to continuity. The game is not linear. You
will have many choices, but they all eventually lead to the same ending.
Terminology:
Puzzle: One single puzzle
Group: A group of puzzles, normally a dozen puzzles each
Level: A collection of groups with about the same difficulty
Note: The exception to levels being the same difficulty is level 1; if
you're a beginner, go through the LEFT door in puzzle 3 to get to group 1;
if you want more challenging puzzles, go through the right door to get to
group 2.

Selected Puzzle Hints (refer to only if you can't figure it out
yourself):
Level 98, "The Labyrinth, Part II": Make sure to hurry to the right
side as soon as the level starts, as to not give a chance to
the enemy on the left to get down. When you go to the top to
make the second loop, make sure that the left enemy has been
lured to the middle (the place with two short ladders forming a
small square) so you can run past him and get to the exit with
no interference.
Level 101, "Traps in the Darkness": Listen for the sound of the enemies
sloshing around in the tar to know if they fell into a hole.
Rememer, there are only three enemies, so you have to have
exactly one enemy in each left hole. (To lure them in, you
have to be in specific places on the ladder on the right side
of the playing field.) Make sure that you get the gold in the
correct order: top, bottom, and middle.
Level 114, "Have a Blast!": To set the chain of events in action, bomb
the sole piece of exposed drillable land not under a handbar.
Then, all you can do is wait.
Level 132, "A High-Tech Maze": To get through the transporter maze, here
is the correct path: up, up, straight, down, up, down, up,
straight, straight.
Level 140, "A Shadow of the Past": I hope that you paid attention to
level 100!
