  9. This tileset highlights "rondelles" from around the world. A rondelle
  10. is a marking identifying a country's military aircraft. The countries 
  11. represented are, for the most part, the same as in Nels Anderson's 
  12. original "FLAGS.TIL". Substitutions have been made for countries which
  13. no longer exist (e.g. Czechoslovakia), are out of order (e.g. Cuba),
  14. or do not have an air force (e.g. Iceland).
