  1. Ok to run Command and Conquer in a Win95 DOS box:
  2.  
  3. 1) unzip this fix into the C&C base directory
  4. 2) before booting windows, either in your autoexec.bat file or before
  5.    typing "win" if you have bootgui=0 in your msdos.sys file...type the
  6.    following in the C&C base dir:
  7.  
  8.    fakecd cdrom   (to play the gdi)
  9.    fakecd cdrom2  (to play the nod)
  10.  
  11. 3) now boot win95.
  12. 4) open a dos box and run either start95.bat or nod95.bat to play the team
  13.    you selected in 2.
  14.  
  15. NOTE:  If your bootup loads mscdex before running fakecd it will not work
  16.        If you want to change sides during this battle you have to reboot
  17.        cause fakecd must be run before win95.
  18.  
  19. 5) enjoy!
