  12. How to use it:
  13.     Run "setupicr", then set your sound options to Sound Blaster using
  14.     the "install" program, then to run IndyCar Racing each time, use
  15.     "runicr".

  17. How it works:
  18.     The loadpats.exe program uses the patch numbers in icr.ini to
  19. load the correct patches into the Gravis UltraSound.
  20.     The new .dll files replace your Sound Blaster .dll files.
  21.     The .bat files perform these tasks automatically.
