  1. When unarchiving, instead of ignoring files that can't be processed, move them to the output folder.

  5. Store output from files dropped on the DL application Icon in the output folder rather than in the  folder that the dropped files resided.

  7. Ask for advice if files dropped on the DL application (System 7.0) can be processed in more than one way.  Otherwise use a settings file.

  9. When checked, if a file "foo.hdr" exists in the input folder it is inserted at the top of BinHex file "foo.hqx" as it is created.
