  40. .The MIDI output default is MPU-401 out.
  41.  This results no midi sound if you have no wavetable or
  42.  MIDI kit instructment. Please change "MPU-401 out" to 
  43.  "ESS AudioDrive MIDI" setting manually from
  44.   Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Multimedia -> MIDI.
