  18.  Subject:       Transmitter delay may be excessive at low tempera-
  19.                 tures (can be up to 2 or 3 seconds).

  23.   1.  Remove the front and rear covers.
  24.  
  25.   2.  Remove the volume and squelch knobs by pulling up on them.
  26.       Push down the high/low power and lamp switch.  Remove the
  27.       four screws in the metal chassis corners.  Unfold the chas-
  28.       sis.

  30.   3.  Replace R262 (currently 560K) with a 2.2 Meg resistor (ICOM
  31.       P/N 915-01277).

  33.   4.  Reassemble the radio.
