************************ VIEW POINT **********************
A 3 DIMENSIONAL MODEL IS LOOKED AT FROM ANY ANGLE, OR HEIGHT
THROUGH A CAMERA, OR A "VIEW POINT". A VIEW POINT IS
CREATED, OR MODIFIED BY THE OPERATOR USING THE FUNCTION
"VIEW POINT" IN THE GROUPS AREA. A VIEW POINT SIMPLY RE-
PRESENTS THE OBSERVERS POSITION IN ANY 3D MODEL.

HAVING SELECTED "VIEW POINT" FROM THE MENU, TO CREATE A
A VIEW POINT SELECT THE OPTION "CREAT" AND SELECT A POINT
ON THE SCREEN FOR THE LOCATION OF THE VIEW POINT. THEN
ENTER AN EYE LEVEL, OR HEIGHT FOLLOWED BY AN ANGLE CORR-
ESPONDING TO UP AND DOWN MOVEMENT OF THE OBSERVERS HEAD.

A HEIGHT OF 1.5 METERS AND AN ANGLE OF ZERO (CAMERA LOOKS
STRAIGHT AHEAD) HAVE BEEN INPUT INTO THE SYSTEM.

HERE IS A SIMPLE 3D TO BETTER DEMONSTRATE THIS FUNCTION.

PRESSING "F2" DISPLAYS ON THE SCREEN A PERSPECTIVE AS
SEEN BY THE VIEW POINT.

TO RETURN TO THIS DISPLAY OF THE PLAN, KEY "6" WAS PRESSED.

NOW LET US CHANGE THE POSITION OF THE VIEW POINT WITH
THE FUNCTION "SINGLE MOVE".

THE VIEW POINT WAS ALSO ROTATED BY PRESSING KEYS "+" & "-".

TO SEE THE PERSPECTIVE WITH IT'S HIDDEN LINES REMOVED, PRESS
ALT F2.

NOW LET US CHANGE THE 3D ATTRIBUTES OF THE VIEW POINT. THAT
IS CHANGING THE HEIGHT (OR EYE LEVEL) AND THE ANGLE OF
ROTATION WHERE POSITIVE NUMBERS EQUAL TO LOOKING UP, AND
NEGATIVE NUMBERS LOOKING DOWN.

DO NOT USE A DECIMAL POINT WHEN SPECIFYING ANGLES.

AS YOU HAVE SEEN, TO MODIFY THE 3D ATTRIBUTES OF THE
VIEW POINT IT WAS FIRST SELECTED (THERE COULD BE MORE THAN
ONE POINT OF VIEW ON THE SCREEN). ONCE THE VIEW POINT IS
HIGH-LIGHTED THEN OPTIONS "HIGHT" AND "ANGLE" ARE MODIFIED.
A NEGATIVE VALUE FOR THE HEIGHT MEANS THE VIEW POINT IS
MOVED BELOW GROUND. LET US SET "HIGHT" TO -5. METERS.

MANY COPIES OF THE VIEW POINT MAY BE ON THE SCREEN, HOWEVER,
THE PERSPECTIVE IS GENERATED BASED ON THE LOCATION AND
3D ATTRIBUTES OF THE LAST VIEW POINT CREATED, OR COPIED.

VIEW POINTS ARE CREATED IN THE GROUPS AREA. DO NOT
TRANSFER THEM TO THE CONSTRUCTION AREA SINCE THEY LOSE
THEIR 3D ATTRIBUTES AND BECOME USELESS. HENCE A NEW ONE MUST
BE CREATED. VIEW POINTS ARE USED IN CREATING ANIMATIONS.
