  4. WebWriter/2 Evaluation

  6.         You may use WebWriter/2 for a period of up to 30 days for the purpose of
  7.         determining, prior to purchase, if WebWriter/2 meets your needs.  After 
  8.         this 30 day evaluation period, you must either register WebWriter/2 or 
  9.         stop using it.

  12. WebWriter/2 Distribution

  14.         You may make copies of and freely distribute WebWriter/2 subject to the
  15.         following conditions.

  17.         1. You must include all of the files and only the files that were part 
  18.            of the original distribution copy of WebWriter/2 which you obtained.
  19.         2. If you give a copy of WebWriter/2 to another person you must inform 
  20.            them of the restrictions stated in the WebWriter/2 Evaluation section
  21.            above.
  22.         3. You may not sell or distribute WebWriter/2 for a fee in excess of the 
  23.            costs actually incurred in doing so without the express written 
  24.            consent of the author (John Blumel).

  27. Limitations on Liability

  29.         THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
  30.         UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE AUTHOR (John Blumel) BE LIABLE FOR 
  31.         ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES 
  32.         FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
  33.         INFORMATION AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE
  34.         THE SOFTWARE OR ITS DOCUMENTATION.
