  4. This CSD is cumulative and contains fixes that are common to IBM C/C++ Tools
  5. V2.0 and V2.01.  Notwithstanding the versions statements contained in the
  6. files of this CSD this is *NOT* an upgrade of Version 2.0 to Version 2.01.

  8. This CSD is for the IBM C/C++ TOOLS product and contains fixes for problems
