  25. SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION:
  26.     Check the CONFIG.SYS, user has edited this file and instead of
  27.     putting " REM " for remarks out the statement, user put a non
  28.     alphabet characters.  For example, instead of the following:
  29.     REM basedev=ibm1s506.add
  30.     user has put
  31.     ;basedev=ibm1s506.add  (a semi-colon " ; ")
  32.     This above will result the c0000005 error on disk #1.

  35. DETAILS OF RESOLUTION:
  36.     Make sure the user does not use any non alphabet characters for
  37.     any statements on the config.sys.
  38.     Under OS/2, everytime a statement needs to be REMarks out,
  39.     user REM instead of ";" or non alphabet characters.
