Not so long ago the only budget option available to connect you to the Internet was local rate dialup on an 0845 access number. If you don't access the Internet very often, local-rate dialup can still prove ideal. If, however you need to connect during the day, or for several hours a week or more, choosing to go unmetered could save you money off your Internet bill.
