  14. This script is phase one of  two. Depending on what  the
  15. next version  of  mIRC holds  there will be at least one
  16. more version of the C-Script Whiteboard.
  17.  
  18. I plan to add support for  pictures, undo,  color chart,
  19. inverse mode, copying, and more. If you have any special
  20. requests let me know  and I might consider it.

  23. give me an e-mail  at  jCd@C-Script.com. Other than that
  24. have some fun and maybe next  version  I'll  even create
  25. a real help file if this script gains enough popularity.

  41. This  script  is  meant  for  use with  mIRC 5.31  under
  42. C-Script  5x.  Useage of this script  does not make  the

  50.     Requirements:
  51.  
  52. (for optimum performace)
  53.  
  54. 1. Pentium or higher
  55. 2. 16 megabytes ram
  56. 3. 32-bit VGA graphics
  57. 4. 32-bit Winsock
  58. 5. Windows 95 operating system
  59. 6. 100 kilobytes hard disk space
  60. 7. 640x480 screen size or bigger (very important)
  61. 8. mIRC 5.31 or higher (32-bit optimized)
  62.  
  63.     Installation:
  64.  
  65. 1. Copy/Unzip all the files that came with  the addon to
  66. your C-Script addons folder.
  67.  
  68. 2. Then start mIRC 5.3x with C-Script 5x already loaded.
  69.  
  70. 3. Type "/addons".
  71.  
  72. 4. Right click on the window that comes up.
  73.  
  74. 5. Select "Load Addon"
  75.  
  76. 6. Enter  the  corrosponding number  with  the  C-Script
  77. Whiteboard addon.

  79. 7. Type "/wh.initiate"

  81.     Useage:
  82.  
  83. C-Script Whiteboard is  a simple  addon for C-Script 5.x
  84. that  allows  the  user  to  draw by themself, act as  a
  85. server  for  others  to come on and draw with  them,  or
  86. act as a  client and connect to another  person's  board
  87. and draw. Initiate the CSboard by typing "/wh.initiate".
  88.  
  89. Basically,  there  are  three  main  options  with   the
  90. CSboard:
  91.  
  92. 1. Just draw by yourself without anyone. This gets  real
  93. boring real fast! ;-)
  94. 2. Act as a server for others to come  and draw with you
  95. as long as they have the CSboard as well. The nice thing
  96. about  this   option is that  you  are  in   control  of
  97. everything.
  98. 3. Act as a client and join another person's board. This
  99. is fun, but you don't have control.
  100.  
  101. To change from server to client or to normal mode simply
  102. right click  on  the  CSboard  when it  is activated.  A
  103. detailed description of each option is below.
  104.  
  105.      ***Server mode***
  106. In  this  mode  you  have total control and everyone  is
  107. connected  to  you.  You control the  kicking,  banning,
  108. and  topic.  The bad part about this is that everyone is
  109. connected to  you  and the  more  connections  you  have,
  110. the more computer resources you will use.
  111.  
  112. When  selecting  the  "Server mode..."  option from  the
  113. popups you will be asked to enter  a port  number.  This
  114. can be any  number  accept  for  those that are  already
  115. being used and, 21, 110, 80, and 6660-7000.
  116.  
  117. Once in server  mode other CSboard users will be able to
  118. connect to you on the port you entered. As  many as  you
  119. want as a matter of fact.

  121. Note: Clones (multiple users from the same address)  are
  122. not allowed to connect (unless they are yours).

  124.      ***Client mode***
  125.  
  126. This mode is used to connect to those  who are in server
  127. mode. You will need to  know  the  address of the server
  128. you wish  to  connect  to and the  port  that  they  are
  129. listening on.  Once  connected you can draw, but  do not
  130. have all the  extra functions of the one who is  running
  131. the server.

  133.      ***Normal mode***
  134.  
  135. In normal mode  all that can be done is drawing.  Nobody
  136. is connected and it gets boring real fast!. ;-)
