  7. 1. Place the Information Operations Fundamentals CD_ROM in the CD-ROM drive, label side up.
  8. 2. Copy the files from the CD-ROM to the web server.
  9. 3. Remove CD-ROM from the CD-ROM drive.

  14. 1. Place the Information Operations Fundamentals CD_ROM in the CD-ROM drive, label side up.
  15. 2. Click "Start" in the lower left corner of the screen
  16. 3. Click "Run"
  17. 4. Click on "Browse" and select the CD-ROM drive
  18. 5. Double-click on the "Netscape 4.72" folder
  19. 6. Click "cc32e472.exe"
  20. 7. Click "Open" to return to the "Run" window
  21. 8. Click "OK" to launch the set-up program
