The following FAQ was not proof-read, only updated in segments. I will
proof-read it when I get the chance; in the meantime, if you notice a typo
or other error, please e-mail me.

What is a Tinygirl?
There are many things that most Tinygirls seem to have in common.
They are:
1) Height - Noticeably shorter than average for their ethnic or
national group, but not so short that they fall into the dwarf
category - their limbs are still reasonably proportioned as an
average-sized person's. In the United States, this is less than 5'2"
(158 cm) or so.
2) Weight - Does not matter. To clarify, Tinygirls do not have to be
waiflike to be Tinygirls. What is more important is that the weight
is proportioned, and how the Tinygirl carries it. A real Tinygirl is
mostly happy about her size, and shows it.
3) Age - a Tinygirl is not a child, she is an adult. A Tinygirl is a
woman who is not considered a minor in her country.
4) Personality - This is one of the most important things that
Tinygirls seem to have in common - a special personality. It is very
hard to describe, but a few words come to mind: extreme spirit and
vitality, humor, friendliness, caring, never-say-die attitude, and
assorted similar traits. Most Tinygirls seem to have a feline personality.
5) Race/nationality - No restrictions. The Tinygirl trait is
universal among all peoples.
If you are a short lady who is reading this and who thinks you are not
qualified, you are wrong. You may think you are not one, but inside
every short lady, there is a Tinygirl trying to show herself. On the
Internet you don't have to worry about others' reactions. You can be
a Tinygirl in here and still be the same reserved lady you are in real
life. Maybe by letting your Tinygirl side show here, it may start
showing up in real life.

FAQ section:
Actually, this is not a list of questions and answers, so it is not a
true FAQ, but since newsgroup rules of behavior are mostly called
FAQs, this is called a FAQ too to avoid confusion.
Newsgroup purpose:
To serve as an open forum for and about Tinygirls. It is also a place
where Tinygirls can join the camaraderie of other Tinygirls and
Tinygirl admirers, and share the experience of their particular trait -
sort of a newsgroup lodge. They even made up a sort of Monarchy
system with a queen, knights, and princesses and all of the "realm"
for some long-time regulars.
Appropriate posts:
1) Discussion by Tinygirls about whatever strikes their fancy - mostly
about the impact of their unique physical nature on their lives, i.e.
where to buy clothes and shoes, how they are treated by larger people,
how to reach the dishes in the top cabinets in the kitchen, etc.
2) Discussion by non-Tinygirls about their feelings toward, likes and
dislikes about, relationships with, and general opinions of Tinygirls.
*** Any subject is allowed as long as it does not fall into one of
the following categories. ***
Inappropriate posts:
1) Any post of a sexual or erotic nature, whether it be text (erotic
stories), images, or sound. All posts of this nature should be made
to the alt.sex.fetish.tinygirls newsgroup. That newsgroup (unassociated
with this newsgroup) was created specifically for that purpose.
2) Any commercial ad.
3) Any cross-posting. Any post made to this group and at least five
other groups at the same time. If you reply to a posting here that is
a spam (cross-posting), please clean the other newsgroups' names from
your destination line, if possible. Also, try to reply to the poster
via e-mail, since most spammers do not read all the groups they post
to, and may miss your reply otherwise. Regulars in those groups don't
like to have their places fouled any more than we do by crossfire
flaming from somewhere else.
4) Any personal ad. All personal ads belong in alt. personals, not
here.
Special note: regulars of this group have little tolerance for
inappropriate posts. Particularly vulgar violations of type 1 (and
some of type 2) have been reported the the postmasters of the posters,
and in some cases have resulted in action taken against those posters
(loss of service, for example). This is not an "anything goes" group.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Current state of the newsgroup:
It seems the natural state, unfortunately, for the group to be a
target for erroneous posts. It has its ebb and flow throughout the
year, but it appears to be always with us and, like graffiti, a blight
on the neighborhood. Responding to spammers in the newsgroup with an
angry rebuttal doesn't do too much, as most cross-spammers seldom, if
ever, read replies. They just take a buck-shot approach to
advertising. Contacting their system administrators, postmasters,or
webmasters has in some cases gotten them kicked fom their internet
providers. This is useful for the most persistent and obnoxious
gate-crashers who have proven through multiple posts to be determined
to upset things in the group. Others come in and say "blech" or
whatever, and leave. Those are rather benign and, as long as they are
not persistent, can just be ignored in the group. A private letter to
the offender might work. No need to nuke everyone who makes a
boo-boo. Make the punishment fit the crime - and not all are capital
cases.
IRC:
An IRC channel called #alt.tinygirls for the Undernet Organization has
been created. It is to let newsgroup members talk to each other in a
real-time enviornment. For information on how to log into the Undernet,
try http://www.undernet.org/ For software to log on the Undernet, try
http://www.emapnet.com/service/mirc/mirc1.html and download the free mIRC
software.

DOS text version of the FAQ:
For you lucky ones with web browsers, an older posting of this FAQ is
now available on siteseer's web page, in the personal (hodge-podge)
section. It is a standard DOS text document, so it should be portable to
whatever text editor you might have that handles DOS text. The web
page address is http://www.pla-net.net/~siteseer .
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Any opinions of this FAQ should be posted to the newsgroup for public
view and discussion, not e-mailed.
