  18. Once the administrative details had been taken care of, the group had to
  19. determine if the bibliography, little more than a list, should be
  20. formatted and submitted as an Internet-Draft.  It was decided that there
  21. are enough bibliographies available and that this list should only be
  22. used for internal purposes (i.e., as references for the material to be
  23. included in the Netiquette Guide).

  26. Strawman Outline
  27.  
  28. Sally presented a strawman outline for the guide.  Many additions were
  29. made during the discussions.  The current draft outline is as follows:

  32.   I. General/Intro
  33.       A. Intent of the document
  34.       B. General guidelines for all users (don't waste other peoples
  35.          time, bandwidth, disk space, etc.)
  36.       C. Pointers to places where new people are welcome
  37.  
  38.  II. One-to-One Communication (e-mail, talk)
  39.       A. General guidelines
  40.          1. respect copyrighted material
  41.          2. messages are not secure
  42.       B. User Issues
  43.          1. send administrivia to -request address
