  24. Description of Working Group:

  26. The objective of the Transmission Architecture Working Group is to
  27. drive the development, documentation and testing of MIB objects for
  28. the physical and data-link layers of the OSI model.  The Working Group 
  29. attempts to consolidate redundant MIB variables from new specifications into a
  30. universal structure.

  35.    May 90       Form sub-Working Groups of experts to define object for the 
  36.                 following at the data-link layer: X.25, Ethernet, Token, FDDI 
  37.                 and T1.

  42.    May 90       Act as a liaison between sub-Working Groups and the network
