Pluto is the smallest and farthest planet in the solar system. Pluto's orbit is different from the other planets in that it is in a slightly different plane than the rest of the solar system. It may be that Pluto did not form with the rest of the planets. Pluto has a moon called Charon which is very large compared to Pluto. Some scientists consider Pluto and Chiron twin planets.
