  9.           DiskMech  is  a  very  powerful disk analyzing, archiving,
  10.          and editing tool.
  11.           DiskMech offers features that no other disk editor can, such

  14.                 Sector Editor: You can read and edit any sector
  15.          regardless of the size,
  16.                 track number, or side number.

  18.                 Format  Editor:  You  can  create  any type of sector
  19.          layout, custom ID
