If you find a bug, please send me the pertinent info describing it
and I will attempt to fix it.
How it works:
Smash Out is relatively simple to play. Just use a joystick in
port 1 to manipulate the paddle on the screen. Keep the ball from
getting past you and attempt to hit all the bricks. Each level
gets slightly more difficult -- the ball speeds up, the bricks
get harder to destroy, and the paddle gets smaller.
The outside edges of the paddle will speed up the ball as you hit
it; the inside will slow down the ball as you hit it.
The bricks can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hits to destroy. Some
bricks are generators -- they create other bricks when they are
hit. If you get past these, there are even generator generators!
Bricks are worth more the harder they are to destroy and the
higher the level is.
You get an extra ball at 800, 1600, 3200, etc.
