  3.      This is an enhanced version of STONE-AGE which adds many new 
  4. features, including:
  5.  
  6.      * Ability to Create, Save, and Load additional Screens
  7.  
  8.      * Two Player games are supported
  9.  
  10.      * Practice and Play mode... Play mode incorporates a timer
  11.         as well as scoring
  12.  
  13.      * Ability to start at any of 5 levels
  14.  
  15.      * Three skill levels... Easy, Tougher, and Hard
  16.  
  17.      * Willi now moves faster... hold the Joystick Button down
  18.         to slow him down!
  19.      
  20.      * Instructions and Help files are built-in... just press
  21.         HELP KEY at Create Screen or Play Screen
  22.  
  23. There are a few other neat features that I'll let you discover for 
  24. yourself!  Hope you have fun with it.  Create your own worlds for 
  25. Willi to conquer, then upload them so others can share (each World 
  26. should have 5 levels... two worlds are included in this file).

  36. This version of the program did not work on my 1040STe
  37. (problems with the joystick). Fortunately, the GFA basic
  38. sources were available. I converted the program to
  39. GFA basic version 3.5 and fixed this problem.
  40.  
  41. I found it difficult the motion of Willi using the
  42. joystick, especially when it was necessary to move
  43. diagonally. I therefore implemented the option (now
  44. default) to use the numeric keypad on the right of
  45. the keyboard to move Willi. The numbers 8,9,6,
  46. 3,2,1,4,7 correspond to the points of the compass.
