  3.       Nothing too fancy here, but amusing and educational to young
  4. children.  The program is offered as FREEWARE to all kids to enjoy.

  6.       The program is simple to use and brings together several elements
  7. that can be related, numbers -- colors -- computers.

  9.       Click on BALLOON.PRG (color monitor required).  You will encounter
  10. a cheap and sleazy advertisement for another fun children's program offered
  11. by Baggetta_Ware.  Much more elaborate -- something you might like to
  12. treat your child to (birthday, christmas, etc.) for being such a good kid.

  14.       Tap a key and get instructions for program operation -- nothing
  15. too complicated.

  17.       Tap the Number key to make balloon float
  18.       Tap any key to make the balloon explode and splatter paint
  19.             on the canvas
  20.       Tap spacebar to view the painting
  21.       Tap A to make the program run for hours (or less) in the auto
  22.             mode.  Spacebar hold ends the automode.
  23.       Tap A to make the program end (with another ad -- hey!  Baggetta_
  24.             Ware has to stay in business, too, to keep these programs
  25.             coming.)
