  2. Rsctoc is a program to generate C code out of a resource file.  It has been
  3. written to be compiled with the Megamax Laser C compiler.  I do not know
  4. how much work it would be to compile it with another compiler.

  6. The makefile that I use will not be of much use.  I have provided it only
  7. as a guide.
