Shareware
Copyright 1990 by Kyle Cordes
Mouse Doubler makes the mouse pointer on the screen move faster than
the mouse does on the desk. It also automatically compensates for the
current screen resolution (low, medium, or high) to keep mouse movement
easy all the time. Just run MOUSE2.PRG from the desktop or drop it in
your AUTO folder.
MD has 5 modes:
Mode Scaling Indicator Filename
2x Scales mouse movements by 2 2 high tones MOUSE2.PRG
3x Scales mouse movements by 3 3 high tones MOUSE3.PRG
4x Scales mouse movements by 4 4 high tones MOUSE4.PRG
E Low-power exponential scaling 1 low tone MOUSEE.PRG
X High power exponential scaling 2 low tones MOUSEX.PRG
It also has on/off/mode controls:
Control-Alt-Leftclick: Turn MD off.
Control-Alt-Rightclick: Turn MD on if it is off, or change
to the next mode if already on.
Each time the mode is set or changed, MD will tone according to the
table to inform you of the new or current mode. To make MD
automatically start in your favorite mode when it it loaded, just
change its filename according to the table.
Running MD after it had already been run once will present a menu of
the possible modes.
Unlike MD 2.0, MD 3.0 works with WordPerfect.
Mouse Doubler 3.0 is Shareware. If you use it regularly, please send
me $10 to help pay for my efforts (and all this computer equipment!).
If you think $10 is too much (or too little!), just send whatever you
deem appropriate. If you indicate interest in future shareware, I'll
keep you informed of any new programs I release. Those who sent money
for MD 2.0 (thank you!!!!) may send the difference between the new fee
and the old fee ($5).
Thanks!!
