  10.      As  a  musician  and recording engineer,  I  need  a  lot  of 
  11. different  types  of  forms to keep track  of  the  information  I 
  12. produce.   In  this  file I have included many  of  the  different 
  13. forms,  labels,  symbols, charts, etc. that I use for my music and 
  14. recording projects.   Of course, these forms can only be used with 
  15. the DTP program PageStream™.  This is the program I use for all of 
  16. my DTP purposes.   It is the best program in it's field as far  as 
  17. I'm concerned.

  19.      As  much  as I'd like to offer these forms  to  everyone  for 
  20. nothing,  I  _did_ put a lot of time and effort into putting  them 
  21. together,  so  I'm  asking for a small  shareware  donation.   The 
  22. amount I'm asking,  suprisingly,  is only $1!   Yes, that's right!  
  23. Only  one  dollar!   I  want to make this as easy  as  I  can  for 
  24. everyone and also very easy to afford.  So if you use the contents 
  25. of this archive in any way,  I would appreciate a donation.   I'll

  36. the title of this collection.   This means that this is an ongoing 
  37. project and will definitely be updated (ie.  new  forms,  symbols, 
  38. etc.) regularly; especially for registered users.  Thanks again!

  44.      Following is an explanation of the contents of this archive:

  46. README.TXT - This is the file you are reading now.
  47.  
  48. MAILING.DOC - This file contains various mailing labels which  can 
  49.                be used when transporting magnetic materials.
  50.  
  51.   * All of the DOC files included here are set up so that you  can 
  52. copy  objects  from  them and include these objects  in  your  own 
  53. documents.   Each  object has an accompanying description to  help 
  54. you identify it.

  56. AUDIO folder: (root)
  57.  
  58. A_STATUS.DOC - This file contains various labels which can be used 
  59.                to indicate the status of your tapes.
  60.  
  61. CASSETTE.DOC  -  This file contains objects for  cassette  labels, 
  62.                     insert cards, etc.
  63.  
  64.    * All of these objects are drawn at the standard industry  size 
  65. for the type of object they are imitating.

  67. DAT.DOC  -  This file contains objects for  DAT  cassette  labels, 
  68.                insert cards, etc.

  70.      TRACHART folder: (inside AUDIO folder)

  72. TRACK_8.TMP  - This file contains the layout for a track chart  of 
  73.                an 8 track recorder.
  74.  
  75. TRACK_16.TMP - This file contains the layout for a track chart  of 
  76.                a 16 track recorder.

  78. TRACK_24.TMP - This file contains the layout for a track chart  of 
  79.                a 24 track recorder.

  81. EXAMPLE.DOC  - This file contains an example of  the  TRACK_24.TMP 
  82.                file partially filled out.

  87. NOTATION.DOC - This file contains various music symbols which  can 
  88.                be  used to include music in your  documents.   The 
  89.                symbols can also be used for logos, etc.  I suggest 
  90.                viewing this page at 200% or more for easier use.

  92.      EXAMPLES folder: (inside the MUSIC folder)

  94. CIRCLE5.DOC - This file contains a picture of the circle of fifths 
  95.                as  an example of the use of the symbols  contained 
  96.                in  the NOTATION.DOC file.   * In the  near  future 
  97.                there  will  be  more  examples  included  in  this 
  98.                section.

  103. BETA.DOC  - This file contains objects for a Beta  video  cassette 
  104.                label, insert card, etc.

  106. VHS.DOC  -  This file contains objects for a  VHS  video  cassette

  109. REEL.DOC  - This file contains objects for a 1" video reel  label, 
  110.                etc.

  112. MU_MATIC.DOC - This file contains objects for a mini U-matic video 
  113.                cassette label, insert card, etc.

  115. U_MATIC.DOC  -  This  file contains objects for  a  U-matic  video 
  116.                     cassette label, insert card, etc.
