With our ever-expanding content and coverage, MacSense finds itself in need of a larger staff. Specifically, MacSense is looking for individuals with an intimate knowledge of the Macintosh industry to fill the following positions:
American Associate Editor
This individual will be required to verify and supplement the American content of MacSense. Being that we are based in Canada, it is often hard to obtain the latest American pricing and product information. The American Associate Editor will address these shortcomings and will provide MacSense with an American perspective on the industry. We require that you are a proficient and experienced writer, you are American and you are 18 years of age or over. Industry connections and editorial experience are definitely assets. The American Associate Editor will be expected to devote at least 10 hours a month to MacSense.
QuickBits Editor
This individual will be required to collect and compile industry snippets for QuickBits. We require that you are a proficient writer and that you have access to recent industry information, in the form of press releases or personal contacts. The QuickBits Editor should be over 18 and prepared to devote 5-6 hours a month to MacSense.
Columnists
MacSense is also looking for experienced writers to contribute general-interest articles for a periodic column or feature story. We require that you be at least 16 years of age and are a proficient and eager writer. We are open to suggestions for both periodic columns and feature stories. Columnists will be expected to devote the time required to write an interesting and sound article at least once every three months.

You will need to have an e-mail address (preferably Internet), and we suggest you have a high-speed modem. All resumes will be acknowledged, and the successful candidates will be notified by e-mail and a follow-up phone call.
Distributors
To be successful, MacSense requires mass electronic distribution. If you are interested in helping distribute MacSense on a monthly basis, please contact us at the e-mail addresses found in ‘Get Info’, and detail what the sites you are able to upload MacSense to. We suggest you have a 14.4k modem.
Please keep in mind that MacSense operates on a volunteer basis. While we are exploring ways to commercialize MacSense, we cannot currently offer you anything (except maybe a little glory) for your work. We’d like very much for you to be a part of MacSense, however, and we are confident that as MacSense grows, so to will our opportunities.
