Drag a folder onto Picon, and it presents rou with the top ten icons contained in that folder. Picon 1.2 fou can then assign one of these to be the folder's con. Alternatively, hit Command-C to copy an icon. fou can then paste it in later using the Finder's Get nfo command. Narning: New icons probably won't appear until after the next restart.
