  20.     FastAction is a shareware program designed to be the most basic of Quicktime™ movie players.  Unless you are editing a movie, this application is perfect.  It is designed to be a Quicktime™ player, nothing more, nothing less.

  24.     FastAction is written by Timothy Davis who would greatly appreciate the user (you) honoring the shareware system of distribution by registering this program.  Hey, look at it this way, it's only $5.00 and that makes you a registered user of this version as well as any future releases (yes, I do plan on adding some features).

  28.     As with any other shareware, I am not in any way responsible for any problems that this program may cause your computer's hardware or software which include, but are not limited to Weather conditions, Dept. of Energy strikes, System Software crashes, hard drives or any other hardware experiencing spontanious combustion, Alien Abduction, Acts of God, Acts of Lawyers, etc.
