  143. 'CX_PRIORITY' controls the priority of the handler; if 'YES' is specified for
  144. 'CX_POPUP'  HotKeyHelp  opens  its  window  immediately.  The  option 'RUHIG'
  145. (quiet) disables the startup message.
  146. All  options  (except  'HILFE')  may  also  be entered from workbench as tool
  147. types.
