  1. This is a legal agreement between you (either on individual or an legal
  2. entity) and NSDi - Network Solutions Development Inc. (NSDi). You may use
  3. the AmiTCP/IP, further referred as PRODUCT, only if you fully agree with
  4. this license agreement.

  21. 2) In order to use the PRODUCT you should have a unique licence code
  22.    assigned to you by NSDi. You must keep the license code private, i.e.,
  23.    not let any entity, to get hold of it by any means.

  25. 3) Only exception to above is the situation in which the PRODUCT is used at
  26.    home for non-business purposes. In this case the license and license code
  27.    is personal, i.e., one person may install the PRODUCT on up to three (3)
  28.    machines for his or her personal use only.

  30. 4) You can make additional copies of the included installation disk(s) for
  31.    private backup purposes only. You may not produce any copies of the
  32.    accompanying written material.

  34. 5) The PRODUCT may be used only for purposes for which it can be used as it
  35.    is. You may not: (1) modify or prepare derivative works of the PRODUCT or
  36.    the license code; (2) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
  37.    PRODUCT or the license code; (3) generate unauthorized license codes; (4)
  38.    sublicense any parts of the PRODUCT or the license code.

  40. 6) The PRODUCT distribution includes some programs, which are distributed
  41.    under the GNU General Public License. These programs are clearly noted in
  42.    the file "COPYRIGHTS", which is included on every PRODUCT distribution
  43.    and installation. The source code for these programs is available from
  44.    NSDi on request.

  46. NO WARRANTY

  48.    The PRODUCT is supplied "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either
  49.    expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
  50.    warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The
  51.    entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you.

  53.    Network Solutions Development Inc. shall NOT be liable for any damages
  54.    whatsoever, arising out of the use or inability to use this PRODUCT, even
  55.    if the possibility of such damages has been advised.
