  200.   WebGraphics Optimizer is a true 32 bit application and therefore
  201.   supports only Windows 95 or Windows NT. WebGraphics Optimizer
  202.   will not work on earlier versions of Windows like Windows 3.1.

  204.   To obtain a copy of WebGraphics Optimizer, download the packed
  205.   file (webopt10.zip) into a temporary directory and unzip it
  206.   using an unzip utility like WinZip.

  208.   Then double click on the executable file named setup.exe
