  9.             built to study the "Void" phenomenon. A stable "Void"
  10.             was found in this part of space, but funds were cut to
  11.             complete the construction of the facility to study the
  12.             phenomenon. Now it's just used for frolicking, mischief
  13.             and destruction. . .
