Enhanced the *O* option, the picture can be placed anywhere on the display.
Previous Version

Slight adjustment made to the error handling routine.
StarBase_CLI will now store the background sound and sort settings.
You can now also change the names of the buttons.
The options have been moved to their own screen.
What was the EXEC/USER button is now called EXTR and can now be used in the
same way as the PICT/ANIM/SAMP/MUSX buttons.
Click (LMB/RMB) on any word in the entry for a normal or global search.
Change made to on-screen picture, now uses *O* instead of *P*.
You can now use any external player for the Sample and Modules options.
You can also now sort the display list in alphabetical order (a-z).
The Stardate can now be altered to display your birthday stardate etc.

This program was designed to display my Star Trek Episode Guide, but it can
be used for a wide range of other uses, magazines, encyclopedia, etc.

If you already have a previous version of this program installed, you must
copy the "Data/Settings" drawer - and its contents - from this archive into
your "Data" drawer as all of the settings files and the program files have
been moved to here.
Delete all of the "ENVARC:SB_CLI_????" and "S:SB_CLI_????.prefs" files.
