  8. jAnimator is a program that will enable you to have animated images on
  9. your workbench. It is also possible to configure the program so that a
  10. program is started if you click on the image.

  14. · Supports image (and animation) scaling with possible (slow) high quality
  15.   or fast low quality (same type as ImageFX uses).
