  6. Double your construction funds

  8. Begin a new tower. Then, before placing any other piece, put a section 
  9. of lobby underground - below and to the left of level B9.

  14. When making the first Lobby, push option and the mouse button to make 
  15. a double decker. Before clicking anything else, select a lobby and 
  16. using the scroll bars, go to the bottom most left side of the screen 
  17. and click once.

  20. Get the desired price for condominiums
  21.  
  22. Using the magnifying glass, click on the condominium that is for sale.
  23. (A message saying that the condominiums are terrible should appear.) 
  24. Click on the current price and lower it to $4,000. Then, before 
  25. exiting, raise it to the price you are asking for. 
  26. (Note: This trick works with most rooms and facilities.)

  29. Build a two-story lobby

  31. Select "Build Lobby" icon and find a place for the lobby. Then hold 
  32. [Shift] and left click mouse.

  35. Construction workers find buried treasure

  37. Build an underground cafΘ and your workers will report that they have 
  38. found buried treasure while digging out the area. Alternately, place
  39. three stores on B3.

  42. Remove old units

  44. Hold [Shift] when placing a new unit to automatically remove the 
  45. old one.

  48. Build a three-story lobby

  50. Select "Build Lobby" icon and find a place for the lobby. Then hold
