It is a pretty gnarly map. Just do the usual...download it to your Duke3d directory, and you are all set. This map is complete with a helipad, bar, magazine shop, bathroom, and a radiostation, based on our favorite station: POWER 106, LA's party station. For the trained mayhem player, the secrets give a large strategic advantage. We know that most of the people that download this will just delete this wordpad part so for those of you that don't delete it...here is your reward!
SECRETS:
1. In the building with the "Born to be wild" on the side of it there is two secret rooms one is on the left of the conveyor belt. It is in the middle of the left wall in the conveyor belt room and is hidden very well so look HARD! In that room there is a switch for the autocannon that shoots into the conveyor belt room. You may also access this room by way of jetpack. You can fly in the window which is lined up to the area just above the handle bars on the BORN TO BE WILD sign.
2. The other room's entrance is located around the corner of the BORN TO BE WILD building. If you are facing the elevator the leads to the conveyor belt room, you go around to the right of the building, and make a left when you are forced to. The elevator is on the left. You cannot see it but the is no door needed to be opened to reach it. CAUTION: there are laser tripmines guarding the shaft. The safeest way to reach it is by ducking and staying close to the wall. You will find yourself in the elevator soon.
3. Probably the coolest of them all. There is a room behind the mirror in the bathroom. There are 2 ways to reach it. By teleporter and by doors. The way that we will reveal requires you to go to the OUT OF ORDER sign behind the helipad. There is a door directly behind it. Open it, make and immeadiate left and open another hidden door. Now you are in a narrow hallway. Walk to the end of it, and open the hidden door. BOOM! You are now behind the mirror. You can figure out the teleporter entrance by going into the teleporter in the room behind the mirror. Then you can work backwards.
