  8.    The "Mr. Cool Ball" is being licensed to you by 
  9.    Warlock Studio as try-before-you-buy.

  11.    By using the "Mr. Cool Ball" Software, you agree to
  12.    and acknowledge the following:

  14. 1. All copyrights to "Mr. Cool Ball" are exclusively 
  15.    owned by the author - Peter Sokolov.

  17. 2. The rights to non-profit distribution of "Mr. Cool Ball"
  18.    are granted to the following companies: 
  19.    CNET and TUCOWS Interactive Limited.

  22. 3. The "Mr. Cool Ball" program is distributed on a 
  23.    shareware basis. You are expected to use this program 
  24.    on your system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness 
  25.    and functionality before making a purchase. 
  26.    This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate 
  27.    guarantee that the "Mr. Cool Ball" will perform to

  31.    license to use "Mr. Cool Ball" on one computer. You may 
  32.    not sublicense, rent, lease or transfer your personal 
  33.    registration key. You may install and use one 
  34.    registered copy of the "Mr. Cool Ball" on one computer 
  35.    in your home, and on one computer at workplace, which 
  36.    you are the main user on. If you wish to use 
  37.    "Mr. Cool Ball" on several computers, you should 
  38.    purchase several single licenses.

  41. 5. You may make copies of the SHAREWARE version of 
  42.    this distribution package for backup purposes only. 
  43.    No person or company may distribute "Mr. Cool Ball" 
  44.    (this includes WWW-server or FTP-server publishing) 
  45.    without written permission from the copyright holder.

  47. 6. You may not alter this software in any way; you may 
  48.    not use or distribute any part of the original package. 
  49.    You are also not allowed to emulate, decompile, 
  50.    disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer any executable
