  6. Simple commodity which turns the shift key in a 'capslock-toggle' key:
  7. if capslock is off, the shift key + an alphabetic key produces an uppercase
  8.   character, an usual;
  9. if caplsock is on, the shift key + an alphabetic key produces a lowercase
  10.  character.  
  11. Can also disable capslock when a function key or a qualifier are pressed.
