Closing The Chapter by Liam the lemming This is my first stereo module - it was written as normal, then I played it in stereo mode just to hear how it sounded, and decided "hmm, that sounds better than in mono". So I saved it as stereo. ** I'm rather surprised with this module, to be honest. I mean, look at the stats. Ten patterns, 29 orders, ten samples, and yet it's somehow over five minutes long! I find myself looking at this module sometimes and thinking "How the hell did I manage that?!" Still, the important thing is that it sounds good, despite the weird stats. I'm trying to write a lyric for this one like I did for The Vibe, but inspiration seems a little thin on the ground... :) Still, it'll get done. Mark my words, it'll get done. Eventually. ;) ++ ________________ Liam the lemming ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ** Well, it was stereo when I had a SoundBlaster Pro. Looks like ScreamTracker 3 doesn't distinguish between the SB Pro and the SB 16 series. I've got an AWE32, and ST3 doesn't output in stereo through it. I think I've sussed out the problem though... the SB16 chipset. I've run a few games which have options for SB Pro and SB16 - they do stereo fine when I select SB16 for output, but not when I select SB Pro. Looks like Sami better get himself a Soundblaster 16 and write a patch for this prog. :) ++ I've finally DONE the lyric for this one too. That's my... hmm... FIFTH lyric. And there's another one in the pipeline. See ya on MTV, everyone. :)
