To install any or all of the DOS drivers, type:

INSTALL
A series of menus and instructions will guide you through the
installation process.
To install the Windows display drivers:
1) Run the DOS install mentioned above first. DMQS files need to be
setup for the Windows drivers to recognize your displays capabilities.
2) Configure Windows with the VGA driver.
3) Under the "File" menu of the program manager, choose "Run".
4) In the dialog box, type "A:\INSTALL".
5) A Dialog box will appear to select the desired resolution, when
you have selected the proper resolution press the "Install" button.
All necessary files are copied to the hard disk and the
SYSTEM.INI and WIN.INI files are updated.
6) Several files, along with drivers for the resolution modes will
be copied over to the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. You will then
be asked to "restart Windows". Windows will restart in the
resolution selected during the installation.
TroubleShooting
===============
Conflicts may exist between the XGA-2 card and other peripherals in your
system, to alleviate these check the following:
1) The DMA channel set by DIP switches on the XGA-2 card do not conflict with
other cards. Look for this particularly if you have a SCSI adapter card in
your system.
2) If extended graphics modes do not work check the following:
A) Video ROM must not be shadowed by the system BIOS, check your system
manual for how to disable Video ROM Shadowing. It can usually be
disabled by a setup program entered into at bootup time.
B) Make sure memory managers are not claiming the XGA coprocessor space
which resides at the end of XGA ROM. By default the XGA ROM is
located at C0000h-C8000h. Most memory managers like emm386 have
an exclude option for certain memory ranges.
C) If you own an IBM PS/ValuePoint make sure that you have run the
VPXGA.EXE utility located in the DOS directory on this diskette.
This setups your computer to accept the XGA adapter.
3) If bus mastering is not working in your system check the following:
A) A DMA channel is selected by the DIP switches on the XGA-2 card.
B) The DOS install program was run, which installs a device driver
called setdma.sys in your config.sys. This driver is needed by
some systems to program the DMA controller.
C) If bus mastering is still not working look at the readme.txt file in
the WIN directory for how to disable bus mastering for the Windows
drivers.
