  1. S3 Windows Display Driver Disk
  2. ------------------------------
  3. Please read any additional installation documentation provided.
  4.  
  5. To install the S3 drivers into Windows 3.1:
  6.  
  7. 1)  Exit Windows.
  8.  
  9. 2)  Change directory (CD) to your Windows directory.
  10.  
  11. 3)  Type "setup" at the MS-DOS prompt.
  12.  
  13. 4)  Select Display - "Other (Requires disk provided by a hardware manufacturer)"
  14.  
  15. 5)  Enter "A:\" if this diskette is in the A: drive.
  16.  
  17. 6)  Select the desired screen resolution and press Enter.
  18.     Setup will copy files from the diskette into your Windows directories.
  19.     You may be prompted for the "S3 Driver Disk (\files subdirectory)."
  20.     When this happens, enter "A:\" if this diskette is in the A: drive.
  21.  
  22. 7)  When Setup is complete, you are returned to the MS-DOS prompt.
  23.     Type "win" to start Windows.
