  12.    Additional Parameter for SGCDM.SYS CD-ROM Driver
  13.    ================================================

  15.    If you are using a Mitsumi LU005S CD-ROM drive with the sound card,
  16.    please note that there is an additional parameter (optional) for its
  17.    SGCDM.SYS driver.
  18.  
  19.    The additional "/X" parameter is be used to load the stock buffers
  20.    (specified with the "/M" parameter) into extended memory.
  21.  
  22.    For more information on the "/M" parameter, please refer to your
  23.    sound card's manual.

  26.    Notes About Using EMM386.EXE
  27.    ============================

  29.    When running applications with EMM386.EXE installed, the following
  30.    error message may appear:
  31.  
  32.       "EMM386 DMA buffer is too small"
  33.  
  34.    You can overcome this problem in two ways:
  35.  
  36.       - remove the EMM386.EXE entry from the CONFIG.SYS file
  37.  
  38.       OR
  39.  
  40.       - add the following parameter to the EMM386.EXE entry in the
  41.         CONFIG.SYS file:
  42.  
  43.            D=64
  44.  
  45.            where D specifies how many kilobytes of memory should be
  46.            reserved for buffered Direct Memory Access (DMA).

  48.         An example of this may be:
