  6. AX-ICON is a powerful icon library manager and editor for Windows.
  7. AX-ICON includes all its features : Create simple or sophisticated
  8. icons with its drawing tools, create vertical and horizontal dithering
  9. mode, try a drawn icon, capture an icon... But it provides many others
  10. functions : Drag and drop from the File Manager, Drag and drop to the 
  11. Progman Manager, save icon libraries using DLL format, Import an icon,
  12. Export an icon to .ICO file, restore default colors palette, move/copy
  13. a portion of an icon without using the clipboard, Cut/Copy/Paste with
  14. options to paste to scale in the selected area and more...
  15. AX-ICON is also an OLE server. You can incoporate objects (here icons)
  16. in documents from anothers applications (Write, Word for Windows,
  17. Excel...).
  18. AX-ICON Also works with AX-SHELL (by AXIALIS too !) using OLE to modify
  19. your icons.
  20. The new version 1.1 includes these new functions :
  21.     - Context menus (using right mouse button)
  22.     - Support of SVGA modes 64K and 16.7M colors
  23.     - Drag & drop to copy/move icons to same/different library
  24.     - Swapping a portion of icon verticaly/horizontaly
  25.     - Rotation of the icon of 90░
  26.     - Support of very big libraries (>4000 icons)
  27.     - Importing icons is easier
