Description: A shareware, programmable MIDI system exclusive message
editor for MS-Windows 3.1. Create your own synth patch
editor! Features definable edit controls, scrollbars,
checkboxes and comboboxes; automatic checksum
calculations; binary operators; variables. Examples are
included for Roland SCC-1, Yamaha DX-100, Korg DW-8000.

are no files added to or removed from the original compressed file
package. Any and all file modifications are strictly prohibited.

The author is a member of the Association of Shareware Professionals
<ASP>.
Permission is hereby granted for distribution of this software
package by disk sales and on CD volumes provided that:
1. The entire archive is distributed in its original unmodified
form, no files may be deleted and no files may be added.
2. The fee for such distribution does not exceed US$5.00 to cover
media and duplication costs.
