  3.   Paper Napkin Applique w/Arleene's Naplin Applique Glue

  5. Paper Napkin applique is a simple decoupage procedure for use on fabric,
  6. plastic, wood, or styrofoam.
  7.  
  8. For appliquing on plastic eggs, fabric bunny:
  9.  
  10. Step 1: Use only the printed ply of the napkin.
  11.         Discard all unprinted plys of the napkin.
  12.         Cut or tear napkin in small pieces. (About
  13.         3/4" square when working on smaller objects.
  14.         Tear larger pieces with larger projects).
  15.  
  16. Step 2: Brush glue on a section of the surface being
  17.         decorate.
  18.         Place Napkin pieces on wet surface print side
  19.         up.
  20.         Brush pieces down to secure and remove
  21.         wrinkles.
  22.  
  23. Optional: Add glitter to surface while glue is wet.
  24.  
  25. Optional: If you want napkins applique to be on the
  26.           inside of an acylic shape, follow step 1, but place
  27.           naplin print side down.
