  5. telephone support, providing that 
  6. you have registered the product with 
  7. us.

  10. enclosed card in your Timeworks 
  11. Publisher pack or phone 0480 496600.

  14. WHAT IS SOFTLINE?

  16. Softline provides support to 
  17. customers of GST Software Products 
  18. and Electric Distribution.

  20. We offer a support package which 
  21. includes "Hotline" telephone 
  22. support, newsletters, discounts on 
  23. upgrades, an on-line bulletin board 
  24. and more, all for a small annual 
  25. subscription.

  27. HOW DO I JOIN SOFTLINE?

  29. Tick the box on your registration 
  30. card and we will send you complete 
  31. joining details. We also have 
  32. information available on 
  33. professional training courses in 
  34. Timeworks Publisher.

  40. BEFORE YOU CALL SOFTLINE:

  42. 1. Check the User manual and any 
  43.    README file supplied on disk, 
  44.    for the answer to your query.

  46. 2. If it is a printing problem,    
  47.    check that the printer is 
  48.    switched on, on-line and 
  49.    supplied with paper.

  51. 3. Note what you did before the    
  52.    problem occured.
  53. WHEN YOU CALL PLEASE:

  55. 1. Give your name or membership 
  56.    number.

  58. 2. Say you are using Timeworks    
  59.    Publisher and give the version 
  60.    number which is displayed on the 
  61.    billboard in the Publish menu.

  63. 3. Know which computer, mouse,    
  64.    printer and any extras such as 
  65.    expanded memory, you are using.
